ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
Most orders are processed within 24h time and orders placed before 12PM CST will ship the same day.
MINIMUM ORDER FEE POLICY
In order to allow us to maintain proper quality service and keep offering various promotions to you we require that your make a minimum purchase of $10 when shopping on our website. In the event when that minimum purchase amount is not met, you will be charged a minimum order fee of $5.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our preferred delivery services are the US Postal Service and Federal Express. We ship most purchases via these carriers unless otherwise specified. The transit time is at the carrier's discretion, however, most shipping within the continental USA and Canada will reach their destination in 2-10 business days depending on the geographical zone. International destination may take longer. We offer USPS Priority and most of Federal Express shipping options for your convenience. Most of our shipment will originate from our main warehouse in the Dallas (Texas) metro area.
RETURNS POLICY
The outstanding quality of our products and the complete satisfaction of our clients is our top priority. This is why we will offer full reimbursement on original credit card for any unopened item returned within 14 days of initial purchase. Past the initial 14 days and up to 30 days, we will gladly exchange or offer store credit for unopened and in perfect sellable condition products. For cash purchases, we will only offer exchanges or store credit up to 30 days for unopened and in perfect sellable condition products. For returns, please contact on of our Client Services Associates at 1-888-460-4647 9AM-6PM CST Monday through Friday. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.
