ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
Most orders are processed within 24h to 48h time and orders placed before 12PM CST will usually ship the same day.
MINIMUM ORDER FEE POLICY
In order to allow us to maintain proper quality service and keep offering various promotions to you we require that your make a minimum purchase of $10 when shopping on our website. In the event when that minimum purchase amount is not met, you will be charged a minimum order fee of $5.
SHIPPING POLICY
We have partnered with Amazon Fulfillment Service for orders shipping processing. Most orders placed on our website will be delivered to you via the Fulfillment by Amazon service. The choice of the carrier is at Amazon's discretion to ensure timely delivery of your order. The transit time is at the carrier's discretion, however, most shipping within the continental USA and Canada will reach their destination in 2-10 business days depending on the geographical zone. International destination may take longer. We offer USPS Priority and most of Federal Express shipping options for your convenience. Most of our shipment will originate from an Amazon warehouse ear you or from our main warehouse in the Dallas (Texas) metro area.
RETURNS POLICY
The outstanding quality of our products and the complete satisfaction of our clients is our top priority. This is why we will offer full reimbursement on original credit card for any unopened item returned within 14 days of initial purchase. Past the initial 14 days and up to 30 days, we will gladly exchange or offer store credit for unopened and in perfect sellable condition products. For cash purchases, we will only offer exchanges or store credit up to 30 days for unopened and in perfect sellable condition products.
